Meet and greet to plan and tailor your journey. Grocery Tour combining the fueling and energizing foods for life. Clean Eating, labels, mission minded brands as well as navigating you or a loved ones with special diets that include a gluten or dairy free lifestyle.

Session #3

Room By Room

Creating a healthy lifestyle that includes a healthy home environment. Reducing toxins and direct exposures for you and family, room by room to enjoy the place where we spend the most of our lives with the ones we love making special times and memories.

Pantry Purge & Essentials

Anti-inflammatory lifestyle that understands the toll and need in today’s world for filling in the gaps with nutrition beyond our healthy diet to defend and empower our cells against oxidative stress with the focus on prevention against disease.

Stress & Balance

Finding balance and importance in the day with a focus on living our best each and every day. Embracing life to the fullest and lowering stress is key along with with making the days count and keeping the adventures alive. Practices on lowering stress as well as unplugging as one way of supporting connectivity in our brain health and foster more positive realationships.
