Now in my early 60s, I look back on my own journey and realize how rarely menopause was spoken of—between mothers and daughters, among friends, or with more than just casual advice from doctors. Like many women, I first moved through it quietly, simply noticing patterns of change. Yet I was fortunate to have the advantage and access to support that helped me adjust my sails and navigate this transition more gracefully.

That’s why I’m here: to share from my own experience, along with strategies and encouragement, so you don’t have to walk this path alone. Together, let’s make menopause a more positive, empowered, and graceful journey—one filled with resilience, vitality, and peace in your body.

As four certified wellness coaches—and women who’ve been through menopause ourselves—we’re here to make this stage feel a lot less confusing and a lot more empowering.
